Twilfix® 2000 Post System - Assembly of Nylofor®
2D Super Panels
Systems are secured to the Twilfix Post with high grade steel
fixings.
The illustration opposite shows the improved fixing arrangement
with the
upper bracket being located directly under the top wire of the
panel.
This makes the assembly of the 2D Super and 2D systems much
easier.
Assembly of Nylofor® 2D Super Panels with 'U' Channel
Clamp Bar
 Designed
as an alternative to the standard fixing bracket, the new 'U'
channel provides
excellent security. Principally designed for schools and play
areas the 'U' channel is intended for application where a high
level of repetitive impact occurs.
The unique features of the channel are designed to spread
the load of impact along the length of the post. See chart below
for 'U' Channel fixing kits.
